What is a dashboard?
A dashboard is an interactive interface that brings your most important metrics together visually in one place. Instead of digging through tables, you see values such as NPS, CSAT or response rate at a glance – with filters and drill-downs for exactly the level of detail you need. In Reporti®, such a market research dashboard is built via drag and drop or from ready-made templates – no training required.
Is Reporti® free or open source?
Reporti® is a professionally managed software-as-a-service solution hosted in Germany, starting at €150 per month. You can test Reporti® free of charge first. During operation you receive maintenance, security updates and support – aspects that usually have to be covered internally with open-source tools.
How does Reporti® differ from Power BI or Tableau?
Power BI and Tableau are generic BI tools for controlling. Reporti® is built specifically for market research: it understands survey data and study structures, clusters open-ended responses with AI and provides preconfigured insight visualizations such as NPS dashboards and CSAT tracking – without elaborate modeling.
Is Reporti® GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Reporti® is hosted entirely in Germany and operated according to ISO standards. Your data remains within the European legal framework, and access management ensures that every person only sees the data released to them.
Which data sources can I connect?
You connect survey data, CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, REST APIs, SFTP directories and cloud storage such as Azure and AWS directly to Reporti®. BI tools such as Power BI, webhooks and single sign-on (SSO) are supported as well. All relevant sources come together in one platform and stay up to date automatically.
How much does Reporti® cost?
Reporti® starts with the Basic plan from €150 per month; the recommended Professional plan starts from €350 per month and includes Reporti IQ, unlimited users and custom configuration. For enterprise requirements with multi-tenant capability, white label and SSO, the Enterprise plan comes with a custom quote.
